Production Manager

Small family owned steel forge shop in Riverside seeks a production manager.

Management experience required. Manufacturing, metal working experience are a plus. There will be large amount of on the job training required.

Responsibilities include managing production employees, scheduling production, improving efficiency of the manufacturing processes, improving quality, working with maintenance.

Required skills include organizational skills, multitasking, ability to communicate and work effectively with both shop and office personnel, and attention to detail

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
