We’re looking for a driven Production Manager to lead our crews, manage installations, and deliver top-tier craftsmanship to our clients.

Job Summary

The Production Manager plays a critical role in the success of our projects—overseeing installations, managing teams, and ensuring every client has a 5-star experience. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with construction experience and a passion for problem-solving, quality, and team success.

Responsibilities

•

Preform on site estimates

•

Provide a recommendation for the best flooring system based on use requirements

•

Order, track, and manage materials for all job sites.

•

Recruit, hire, and build efficient and dependable work crews.

•

Train and coach team members for high-quality results and safety compliance.

•

Oversee installations and ensure they are completed on time and within scope.

•

Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.

•

Resolve job-site or customer issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Required:

•

Willing to work extended hours as needed

•

Valid U.S. driver’s license

•

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

•

Strong people skills

•

Strong sales and phone communication skills

•

Self-starter with the ability to work independently

•

Two professional references from the past 4 years

Preferred:

•

Concrete, polishing, or coatings experience

•

Experience managing crews or job sites

•

Experience in home service business

•

Intermediate computer skills (especially Excel)

•

Commitment to quality, safety, and customer service
