Production Line/General Labor

You will be working as part of a small team inside our production facility where we manufacture cinder block. Your job will be to watch and tend to the production line to ensure that we are efficiently putting out a quality product. Job duties may include:

- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

- monitor machinery on the production line to ensure quality product is being produced

- operate a forklift to empty bins, move product, and gather materials for orders

- shoveling spilt material, sweeping and cleaning

- clean up of the block machine or mixer at the end of the day

While working this job you will learn or develop many skills transferable to any industry/manufacturing job. As time comes you will learn to work on mechanical systems surrounding your station. There is tremendous opportunity for growth at this company - if you come in and work diligently and learn what is going on around you, then you will move up the ranks quite quickly compared to many other jobs. All skill/knowledge levels are welcome to apply but your pay will be based on previous experience and how much you can offer us at the start.
