Under the responsibility of the supervisor, the main tasks of the laborer will be, depending on the assigned function:
· Participate in the different stages of direct or indirect production of the blade (molding, demolding, preparing, closing, cutting, sanding, repairing, painting).
· Assemble and/or anchor components or structures according to their specifications.
· Ensure compliance with specific occupational health and safety standards in accordance with the 5S standards of each function and the plant in general.
· Participate in the inspection of blades according to the company's internal techniques, analyze the results of inspections, write computer reports.
· Participate in the delivery of material or equipment to the various departments.
· Hold a high school diploma or equivalency.
· At least six (6) months of work experience in the field; manufacturer or in a similar field will be able to compensate for studies (Asset).
· 12-hour schedules (1 week of 36 hours, 1 week of 48 hours – alternating).
· You must agree to undergo a pre-employment check, including, but not limited to, reference and background checks.
· You must have the right to work in Canada without restriction or be eligible in the very short term.
· Salary starting at $23.08/hour at regular rate and eligibility for salary increases and bonuses provided for in the collective agreement.
· Two (2) weeks of vacation per year, paid according to the collective agreement.
