**Primary Responsibilities:**

* Support the weld line team by assisting with assembly processes.
* Maintain consistent product flow to meet production goals.
* Operate hand tools and automated machinery safely and efficiently.
* Ensure quality standards are met at every stage of production.

**Job Duties:**
---------------

* Help position and assemble parts according to specifications.
* Perform regular quality checks and record measurements accurately.
* Enter production data into the system during and at the end of each shift.
* Follow all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
* Stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Education and Qualifications:**
---------------------------------

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Basic computer skills and the ability to perform data entry.
* Comfortable standing for up to 12 hours per shift.
* Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.
