About This Job
Primary Responsibilities:
•Support the weld line team by assisting with assembly processes.
•Maintain consistent product flow to meet production goals.
•Operate hand tools and automated machinery safely and efficiently.
•Ensure quality standards are met at every stage of production.
Job Duties:
•Help position and assemble parts according to specifications.
•Perform regular quality checks and record measurements accurately.
•Enter production data into the system during and at the end of each shift.
•Follow all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
•Stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
•Basic computer skills and the ability to perform data entry.
•Comfortable standing for up to 12 hours per shift.
•Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.
