Summary:

The Production Associate position involves a variety of tasks such as visual inspection and sorting of material, loading machinery, setting up jobs, and assisting operators, alongside packaging, weighing, and stacking materials accurately and timely. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and a dedication to maintaining high-quality production standards. Compliance with customer specifications and a proactive approach to tasks are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

- Perform visual and manual inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards using tools and fixtures as needed.

- Accurately complete required paperwork and labeling.

- Assist operators with setups and production tasks.

- Load, unload, package, and band products for transport.

- Follow customer packaging requirements and quality guidelines.

- Identify and address quality concerns.

- Support safe and efficient production through other assigned tasks.

Desired Experience & Skills:

- Effective communication skills

- Ability to read tape measures

- Strong work ethic and self-starter attitude

- Able to stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours), lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying temperatures.

- Capable of reading tape measures, performing basic math, and using basic computer programs.

- Effective communication skills with ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

- Open to working any shift or shift rotation as needed.

- Manufacturing experience, but not required

Requirements:

- Must be 18 years or old

- Must follow all safety policies and procedures
