We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to join our team at Konrad Corporation in the US. This pivotal role will contribute significantly to our mission by overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing operational efficiency. Directs and coordinates the manufacturing and distribution of machined assemblies and products. Develop and implement production schedules to achieve business objectives and deadlines. Establishes and maintains the manufacturing system to ensure all products meet customer specifications while achieving superior quality and reliability standards. Responsibilities

-Motivating, supporting and providing guidance, leadership, and direction to a team of 10 to 20 individuals through exemplary conduct and clear instruction.

- Meets regularly with all personnel within the manufacturing operation on matters of quality and production.

-Supervises the shipping process and its personnel, assists with the shipping of products to control damage of materials and maintain department efficiency.

-Coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure that products meet specifications including using measuring devices.

-Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing and maintenance problems to ensure a minimum cost and to prevent delays.

-Develops and revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with company standards.

-Analyzes and resolves work problems and assists workers in solving their problems.

-Confers with the engineering department to coordinate processes and programs for efficient production.

-Inspects, measures and approvals all sample submissions of new products and rework products.

-Keeps track of purchase orders, checks and marks incoming materials from vendors for timely delivery and conformity to our specifications.

-Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free

-Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production

-Gathers prints and processes for production.

-Performs other duties as required or directed.

QUALIFICATIONS and Requirements

-Experience and ability to manage a staff of supervisors, leads, machine operators, equipment operators, drivers, yard personnel, plant production workers, and administrative staff. Ability to give direction, assess talent, and make tough decisions.

-Understanding of manufacturing equipment and process required.

-Must have strong communication ability and solid interpersonal/networking skills. Evidence of leadership and professionalism.

-Three to five years of relevant experience within a machined component manufacturing organization.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Proficiency in measuring/inspection tools (micrometer, caliper, gages, etc.)

-Ability to read, interpret, and understand engineering drawings and prints.

-CNC set-up and operation knowledge

-Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot production issues and identify long-term solutions.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
