The Product Tester role is an important position responsible for testing wheel loader buckets and similar style attachments to ensure quality, safety, and performance standards are met before equipment leaves our facility. On-the-job training will be provided.

Shift: 2nd Shift 3:00PM - 11:00PM

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Inspect and test wheel loader buckets and attachments to confirm structural integrity and performance.

· Document test results accurately and communicate findings to supervisors and engineering staff.

· Operate heavy equipment (wheel loaders, forklifts, cranes, etc.) safely while conducting product tests.

· Identify defects, safety concerns, or performance issues and recommend corrective actions.

· Follow company quality assurance and safety procedures at all times.

· Assist with setup, preparation, and teardown of test areas as needed.

· Perform additional shop duties as required in support of production and testing teams.

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

· Must be able to follow directions and maintain a professional attitude.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.

· Punctual, reliable, and willing to work overtime when required.

· This position is physically active and requires standing, walking, bending, and kneeling throughout the day. Must be able to safely lift, push, and/or pull 50+ lbs.

· Must be willing to learn and adhere to required safety standards and practices.

· High School Diploma or equivalent required.

· Prior experience operating heavy equipment or in a manufacturing/test environment preferred, but not required.

· Must be able to pass a drug test.

Job Type: Full-time
