Primary Job Responsibilities:
The Product Support Representative is responsible and accountable for, but not limited to, the following:
•Fully utilize WPI’s Customer Resource Management system
•Prepare weekly itinerary to visit customers.
•Seek out new customers and opportunities
•Attend training when available from Manufacture's and WPI.
•Research Parts and meet vendors for quotes for customers as needed
•Provide product leads and communications with unit sales representative.
•Stay up to date on new product support offerings made available by WPI's Manufacture's and WPI.
•Quote customers parts and service jobs as required coordinating with parts and services .
•Manage Customer accounts and Service Agreements.
•Make customer site visits for obtaining information for quoting PM Agreements.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
•Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience.
•Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
•Typical hours of work Monday through Friday; 8m. to 5 p.m.
•Office –Indoor/Outdoor Work
•Hours are flexible as the job requires.
This position will be focused in Lubbock, TX area.
