What You’ll Do:
•We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product requirements, prioritizing the product backlog, and ensuring alignment with business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of agile development, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver value-driven solutions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Define and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize product requirements.
•Translate business needs into well-defined user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
•Act as the primary liaison between development teams, business stakeholders, and customers.
•Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and continuous improvement.
•Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
•Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
•Monitor product performance and gather feedback for iterative enhancements.
•Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to optimize development cycles.
•Ensure alignment with agile best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Additional Qualification includes:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an agile development environment.
•Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification preferred.
•Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
•Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
•Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
•Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize competing business needs.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
•Work involves talking, hearing, keying, and writing.
•The physical requirements of this position are described as sedentary work. Sedentary work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects,
•Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
•The worker is required to have visual acuity in order to perform activities at distances close to the eyes.
•The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work).
Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, specific skills, and years of experience.
Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher-level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available.
