Product Business Analyst I (UX)

We’re seeking an experienced UX Product Business Analyst to bridge business goals and user experience, transforming user needs into innovative, intuitive, and practical digital solutions.
As a Product Business Analyst (UX), you will:
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct user research, analyze user data, and assess existing user experiences to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
•
Apply UX design principles and techniques to create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs to deliver intuitive and user-friendly experiences for business needs.
•
Translate business needs into clear, actionable Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), process flows, and acceptance criteria.
•
Partner with Dev Managers to define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
•
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support strategic product decisions.
•
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that align with business goals.
•
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and sprint planning sessions to ensure shared understanding of product goals for different UX designs that meet customer needs.
•
Work closely with UX/UI developers to ensure UX solutions can be achieved quickly and efficiently.
•
Conduct usability testing sessions, collect feedback, and iteratively refine designs based on user insights and UI Acceptance Testing.
•
Monitor product performance using data insights and help iterate features post-launch for continuous improvement.
What You'll Need:
•
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related engineering field.
•
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and stakeholder engagement.
•
Proved experience in UX research methods, wireframing tools (e.g., Mockflow, Adobe XD), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
•
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles to effectively collaborate with design teams is a plus.
•
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills to translate complex requirements into clear specifications.
•
Ability to create clear and detailed documentation, including business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process flows.
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
•
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
•
Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) is a plus.
•
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•
Demonstrate ability as a team player who is humble, hungry, and people-smart.
