We’re seeking an experienced UX Product Business Analyst to bridge business goals and user experience, transforming user needs into innovative, intuitive, and practical digital solutions.
As a Product Business Analyst (UX), you will:
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct user research, analyze user data, and assess existing user experiences to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
•Apply UX design principles and techniques to create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs to deliver intuitive and user-friendly experiences for business needs.
•Translate business needs into clear, actionable Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), process flows, and acceptance criteria.
•Partner with Dev Managers to define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
•Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support strategic product decisions.
•Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that align with business goals.
•Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and sprint planning sessions to ensure shared understanding of product goals for different UX designs that meet customer needs.
•Work closely with UX/UI developers to ensure UX solutions can be achieved quickly and efficiently.
•Conduct usability testing sessions, collect feedback, and iteratively refine designs based on user insights and UI Acceptance Testing.
•Monitor product performance using data insights and help iterate features post-launch for continuous improvement.
What You'll Need:
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related engineering field.
•3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and stakeholder engagement.
•Proved experience in UX research methods, wireframing tools (e.g., Mockflow, Adobe XD), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
•Familiarity with UX/UI design principles to effectively collaborate with design teams is a plus.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills to translate complex requirements into clear specifications.
•Ability to create clear and detailed documentation, including business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process flows.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
•Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
•Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) is a plus.
•Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•Demonstrate ability as a team player who is humble, hungry, and people-smart.
