Directed by: Procurement Manager, ITS Manager, and President
The Procurement & Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting daily operations by managing the flow of materials and supplies. This role is primarily focused on shipping and receiving but also supports procurement tasks such as order tracking, vendor communication, and processing purchase orders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of growing into greater procurement responsibilities over time. Therefore, Procurement and Warehouse Associate is expected to perform the following.
· Receive and document incoming materials and verify accuracy of deliveries
· Organize and stage outgoing shipments to meet job requirements and timelines
· Maintain accurate inventory of field supplies, saleable goods, and surplus materials
· Assist in preparing requisitions and processing purchase orders
· Track order status and follow up with vendors as needed
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, storage, and staging areas
· Operate equipment and company vehicles as needed, following all safety protocols
· Communicate with vendors, supervisors, and team members to ensure timely delivery of materials
· Comply with company policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
· May assist in expediting materials to field teams
· May support inside sales of supplies and surplus materials
· Assist in managing field/shop equipment or assets as directed
· All other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
· Ensure timely and accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory management
· Support procurement processes through accurate documentation and vendor coordination
· Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and staging environments
· Foster collaboration with internal teams to support seamless operations
· In office Monday -Friday from 7:00 am-4:00pm with 1 hour lunch
· Occasional weekends and holidays as required to meet deadlines
· Works in office and field environments depending on assign job tasks.
· May be required to perform work at alternate locations.
· Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping and receiving
· Experience processing purchase orders and maintaining inventory
· Experience with warehouse or yard housekeeping and material staging
· Valid driver’s license and insurability for operating company vehicles
· Familiarity with procurement processes or vendor communication
· Basic knowledge of field service, fabrication, or assembly materials
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
