The Procurement and Finance Specialist will support all purchasing functions to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of products and services. They will also be responsible for providing support for financial budgeting and reporting functions by performing detailed financial analyses and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Major Duties/ Responsibilities

· Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability. Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing suppliers.

· Procurement Process: Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, including purchase orders, contracts, and negotiations.

· Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

· Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.

· Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials to avoid production delays.

· Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement strategies.

· Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize purchasing and financial operations.

· Compliance: Ensure compliance with GAAP and all regulatory authorities.
