The Process Specialist II will have a vital role that is strategically aligned to support the field personnel with non-technical and technical documentation related to Service Execution. Responsibilities will also include managing, coordinating, and adapting the processes and procedures from the conceptual stages of draft to published within the various Quality Management System(s).

- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of non-technical and technical documentation.
- Partner with the key stakeholders to produce world-class documentation.
- Lead cross functional activities with regards to technical documentation primarily with the field personnel, quality, and data integration teams.
- Provide frame knowledge and support to the team for document requests and projects.
- Assist the Service Execution Team and others in drafting user-facing content.
- Interpret business processes, process narratives, and configured system to determine the simplest set of instructions for completing a specific task.
- Create, edit, proofread, and publish procedural instructional documentation.
- Participate in process and system demonstrations.
- Conduct technical reviews of documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Master and develop processes that enhance efficiency.
- Manage with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced, frugal environment with multiple stakeholders and constantly developing priorities.
- Work with direct leadership to maintain departmental document controls systems to drive improved business performance and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct and lead efforts in cross department coordination activities, in larger business processes, where Service Execution is a supplier, coordinator, or stakeholder.
- Assist users with any questions related to document controls software, creation, and practices.
- Fully understand export control and current ISO standards as they apply to document control and support compliance and initiatives, including, but not limited to internal and external audits.
- Provide Management with ad hoc reports, flow charts, procedures, work instructions, and related forms as needed.
- Utilize technology to enhance work efforts and prepare reports that represent data obtained through a variety of platforms.
- Maintain an organized document control/archival system per department and corporate standards.
- Must take a proactive approach to controlling (and escalating as necessary) risk-related issues that could jeopardize the integrity of department data, procedures, or processes.
- Actively engage in the continual improvement of processes and procedures.
- Adhere and implement branding initiatives as directed by corporate and the Marketing and Communications team.
- Travel to site to perform assessments of process effectiveness, as required.
- Participate in training courses and programs as they relate to overall business and personal development.
- Overnight travel (less than 10%) by land and/or air.
- Perform other such duties as may be required.
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures reporting all unsafe activities to Management and/or Human Resources.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Contribute to building a positive team spirit.
- Communicate effectively with subordinates and management at all levels.
- Protect confidential information by not communicating, disclosing to, or using for benefit of third parties.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.

- Maintain the highest degree of honesty, integrity, and professionalism at all times.- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as instructional or educational technology. Technical Writing Certificate, or 5+ years experience working on Mitsubishi Power machines.
- Extensive experience creating end-user documentation; however, field experience will suffice.
- Exceptional writing, line editing, and copy editing skills.
- Proficiency with a variety of development, authoring, and content management tools.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business metrics and procedural documentation.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, suppliers, and the general public.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Knowledge of database, project management, spreadsheet, and word processing software, and electronic mail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook) Software and Document Management Software.
