The Process Plant Maintenance Technician role plays a critical part in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of our crushing systems and ADR plant. The ideal candidate will lead by example in all safety and environmental practices, demonstrating a strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance.

- Lead by example, in all CC&V safety and environmental practices, ensuring complete safe practices;

- Must be able to read, write, and possess basic math skills;

- Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild crushers and associated equipment;

- Replace and align drives, pumps and motors. Replace conveyor rollers, pulleys, and belting;

- Rebuild various types of pumps;

- Perform various types of welding and any other types of maintenance associated with all crushing and processing systems associated with the crushing systems and ADR plant.

Is This You?

- Experience working on Rock Crushers, Conveyors, Belt Feeders, Hydraulic Systems, Millwright, Welding, Pipefitting, Conveyor belt vulcanizing.

- Willingness to work extra hours including callouts and some swing shifts whenever and wherever needed to ensure the success of SSR Mining.

- Successful applicants must be able to maintain safe and adequate work surroundings as well as ensuring environmental compliance.

Work Environment

- You will work a rotating 10-hour day-shift only schedule.

- The Cripple Creek & Victor (CC&V) Mine site is located at elevations ranging from approximately 9,400 ft. to 10,600 ft. above sea level. Workers in this position are routinely exposed to conditions at various work sites throughout this range of elevations and must be physically capable of working at this altitude.

- Weather conditions can and do change frequently and can become severe at times.

- Ability to complete work tasks while exposed to weather conditions / elevation.

For applicants residing in CO, the hourly rate offered for this overtime-eligible role will depend on the level, and the range of the hourly rate is $31.93(Tech 1) – $49.21 (Tech 6).
