The Role:

Responsible for leading analysis and reporting, implementation of best practices in process and technology, data collection and systems within Operations Technical Services


Day to Day:

Designs, implements, and produces reports for various department functions out of company systems and databases (e.g., dashboards for department functions, compliance reports, benchmarking reports).

Analyzes data/reports/information and provides summary reports and recommendations.
Serves as liaison between Operations Technical Services and IT. Works with IT to design and automate data collection and reporting.
Monitors, analyzes, and reports relevant information regarding Operator Qualification statuses and expirations
Collaborates with other Operations Technical Services departments regarding Operator Qualification requalification cycles and needs.
Administers Operator Qualifications processes including test scheduling, preparation, and proctoring for both internal and external customers.
Schedules proctor assistance with Operations Technical Services Staff, Field Supervision and Contractor Managment.
Maintains and updates Operator Qualification documents and assessments and records in QuestionMark and SuccessFactors LMS.
Manages and maintains Learning Management System (LMS) as it relates to processes of Operations Technical Services and Operator Qualification electronic testing.
Takes lead role in establishing and administering content management processes for department.
Analyzes options and makes recommendations to department leadership regarding the design and/or redesign of department and company processes to align with evolving company information systems (e.g., SharePoint, SAP, etc.) and increase efficiency, ensuring department and company needs are met. Takes lead in use and maintenance of these systems as they relate to department processes.
Participates in or leads projects for developing and implementing new/changed processes and technology. Identifies and proposes process improvements.
Documents processes, including writing training materials and conducting training for department on processes and systems. Provides technical assistance to team.
Evaluates the effectiveness of implemented systems. Researches and analyzes issues associated with these systems to determine cause in order to resolve or provide information to IT as necessary.
Leads or works on special projects and initiatives with department leadership, project teams, or others.
Uses independent judgment and decision making in addressing individual and system issues.
Ensures compliance with existing controls and Company policies, procedures, and federal and state laws.
Communicates effectively and provides timely and efficient customer service.
Supports Company’s commitment to a culture of safe work practices.


Come on your first day with:

Bachelor’s degree in applicable field and 3 years of progressive analytical and reporting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience for a Level 2 position. 5 years of experience required for Level 3 position.

Analytical and diagnostic skills; ability to collect, interpret, and summarize data; including the ability to think logically and present recommendations based on relevant information; understanding impacts of recommendations and decisions made.
Experience working with customers to identify needs and design and implement processes or systems to meet these needs.
Proven analytical skills to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, deconstruct high-level information into details, abstract up from detailed information to a more general understanding, discern underlying true needs from presented user requests, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills including the proven ability to interact with employees across departments at all levels with tact, confidentiality, and diplomacy.
Proven ability to understand and communicate technical information; skill to act as a technical resource for others.
Demonstrated skills in providing excellent client/customer service and collaboration, including the ability to successfully negotiate and manage conflict or conflicting interests.
Writing skills, including some experience or training in technical writing, as well as report writing and process documentation for a variety of user groups.
Advanced skills using a PC, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
Advanced experience in SharePoint, SAP, SuccessFactors LMS, QuestionMark and/or other company software systems preferred.
Demonstrated ability to be self-managed and apply skills in problem solving and decision-making.
Must be able to visualize, analyze, and take action on multiple system problems occurring simultaneously in a dynamic and ever changing environment.
Skills and/or experience in process design and improvement.
Proven ability to facilitate, coordinate, and manage projects; skill in organizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and balance priorities.
Proven ability to function in a team environment to complete department goals and act independently to accomplish personal responsibilities.

Base salary range: $79,500.00 - $109,100.00 (Level 2) or$86,500.00 - $123,250.00 (Level 3) per year, depending on qualifications

Annual Target Incentive: Level 2, 9.5% target

Level 3, 9.5% target

Targets are calculated using eligible earnings during plan year participation. Payout, if earned, is based on company and individual performance for each plan year and may range from 0% – 200% of target. Targets are subject to change in subsequent plan years. Must be employed by September 30 in order to receive any prorated payout.
