Harvest Solar MT is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Level Lead Solar Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for being the lead installer of solar energy systems on residential and commercial properties.
This role requires a strong understanding of solar electrical systems, as well as the ability to work safely at heights and in various weather conditions. The Lead Installer will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality installations. This position is being offered as a full-time position. Minimun of 5 years installing solar panels and related equipment on rooftops and ground-mounted systems.
Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete installations efficiently, safely, and to a high-quality standard.
Collaborate and manage team members to ensure timely project completion.
Perform electrical work, including fixture installation, and wiring.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation or post-installation.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Assist with the training of new team members when necessary.
Ensure outstanding customer service standard is met
Attend training sessions on new products, installation methodology, and safety
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for ensuring quality
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to construction and electrical work.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings for accurate installation.
Experience with forklift operation is preferred for handling materials safely on-site.
Knowledge of low voltage systems and commercial electrician practices is advantageous. Familiarity with voltmeters for testing electrical connections is a plus.
Strong skills in solar electrical systems, roofing, and fixture installation are beneficial for effective project
