Description

Everlasting Valve is seeking a seasoned, driven and visionary President to lead the company into its next chapter of innovation and growth. This executive will be responsible for growing the business, driving operational excellence, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning the company for long-term success in the industrial valve manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership and direction across all business functions, including sales, engineering, procurement, operations, and finance

- Develop and refine processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Lead the design and implementation of forward-looking growth strategies, leveraging market insights, competitive analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate organizational performance and profitability.

- Strengthen customer engagement and market presence

- Oversee financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth

- Collaborate with Armstrong International leadership to align corporate objectives and leverage shared resources and identify synergies

- Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team, fostering talent development and succession planning

- Foster and Integrate Armstrong ‘s Culture within the organization

Key Requirements

- 15+ years leadership experience in industrial manufacturing. Valve industry experience is a plus.

- Demonstrated success in leading business units or cross-functional teams, with a strong track record in achieving performance goals and driving execution across complex initiatives.

- Channel management experience

- Strategic and Operational Expertise: Deep experience in process development, organizational development, and budget management, with the ability to align operational strategies to broader business objectives.

- Judgment and Decision-Making: Recognized for seasoned judgment and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure, balancing risk with opportunity.

- Technical and Industry Acumen: Strong technical foundation and industry knowledge, with the ability to apply functional expertise to solve business challenges and drive innovation.

- Global and Organizational Awareness: Demonstrated understanding of global business dynamics and internal organizational structures, with the ability to influence and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
