JOB TITLE: Operator Level 1
REPORTS TO: Department Facilitator with direction from Team Captain
SHIFT DAYS / HOURS: Week 1: Sunday through Tuesday
Week 2: Sunday through Wednesday
6 am – 6 pm
Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our Precision Parts team.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Fabricate material to specified instructions using common shop tools
• Display a respectful and approachable demeanor towards co-workers
• Work towards continuous improvement
• Maintain Lean principles and practices
• Maintain standard of quality
• Read, interpret, and follow work instructions
• Ability to stay on task
• Participate in training, safety, and quality programs
• Identify quality grade levels
• Maintaining all specified tolerances per instructions
• Inspiring others to work efficiently, defuse conflict, and make good decisions
Work Environment/Physical Demands/Job Requirements
• Standing for long periods of time
• Frequently lifting or moving up to 35 pounds
• Infrequently lifting or moving up to 40 to 45 pounds
• Good hand eye coordination.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull material weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to do basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers).
• Able to work overtime as needed.
• Maintain excellent attendance, productivity, and quality

We produce large diameter extrusions requiring high-quality surface finish up to 16 inches in circle size. Fabricators and distributors use our extruded profiles in various applications: curtain walls, storefronts, light to heavy commercial and institutional windows, walkway covers, interior architectural products, photovoltaic panels, solar collectors, heat sinks for L.E.D. lighting, shower enclosures, hurricane protection products, automotive, light trucks, recreational vehicles, and industrial machinery.
