Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up and operate grinding, honing, and lapping equipment to meet production and quality standards.

To be proactive and directly assist management in identifying quality and procedural issues.

Read and review shop orders and blueprints to determine job specifications and quality requirements.

To gather proper tooling and relevant information for each job.

To use measuring devices such as micrometers, microscopes, and optical comparators to ensure that parts meet specifications.

In addition, Ultra-met has invested in a brand new, site-specific training program tailored to make you feel more comfortable, knowledgeable, and excited in your new position at Ultra-met.
