Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Powerline Crews located in Midland, TX. The Powerline Crew members will be responsible for excavation tasks, working with utilities, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Daily tasks include maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems, as well as effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Experience in Excavation and working with Utilities

- Knowledge of the Utility Industry

- Basic Computer Literacy skills

- Experienced in High Voltage Lines

- Strong Communication skills

- Ability to work in outdoor environments and in various weather conditions

- Good physical condition and ability to perform physically demanding tasks

- Previous experience in the electrical contracting industry is a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
