Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Yerington, NV for a Power Plant Manager specializing in geothermal renewable energy. The Power Plant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the geothermal power plant, ensuring the plant runs efficiently and safely along with contributing in the field on maintenance projects. Responsibilities include managing production, overseeing energy management systems, and completion of documentation ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. The role also involves project management tasks such as planning and executing plant upgrades and coordinating procurement of necessary materials and services. In addition, consistent engagement in field activities alongside operators to ensure operational alignment is required.
