Work under the direction of the Power Generation Regulatory Compliance (PGRC) Strategic Advisor and NERC Compliance Specialist (NCS) to download, store, and review evidence in support of the implementation of the Industrial Control System (ICS) Cyber Security Standards (ICS CSS) project and program.
• Receive, load, organize and maintain Power Generation asset (ICS CSS) evidence within in-house document repository.
• Review evidence against established criteria to ensure compliance with defined requirements.
• Interpret results of evidence review, coordinate with Strategic Advisor and NCS to recommend next steps.
• As needed, coordinate pre-existing activities with the ICS CSS Project Manager to request, track and process additional evidence in support of ICS CSS implementation and maintenance
• Stay up to date on evidence requirements involving each aspect of the ICS CSS program
• Manage ICS CSS program evidence collection through Evidence Tracking Spreadsheet
• Establish reporting to inform internal stakeholders of the status of evidence collection, review, and validation at each facility.
• Create and update facility level task lists to identify incomplete or insufficient evidence.
• Must work well with minimal supervision on daily tasks.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Must have good planning and office management skills.
• Skilled in use of personal computer and Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work effectively with management and co-workers and to make effective decisions.
• Must have basic understanding of technical documentation.
• Must have general knowledge of IT systems, design, and networking.
• Understanding of software security maintenance & applications is a plus
