Position Summary
The PMO Engineer will support the PMO team and assist in establishing the methods and tools required to drive consistent and effective project management for Chords’ strategic initiatives and projects. They will provide support to project owners by providing tools and methodologies to ensure projects status and results are communicated to executive team(s). The PMO Engineer will foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization by assisting with post-project reviews and ideation sessions. This position reports to the PMO Manager and is located in downtown Houston, TX. Hybrid work schedule is an option for remote work on Mondays and Fridays. Level and salary commensurate with experience.
