Nino Development is actively seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead plumbing operations on commercial and industrial construction projects in the Greenville, NC area. This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned plumbing professional who can manage field crews, coordinate installations, and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
As a Plumbing Foreman, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of projects by supervising crews, interpreting plans, and ensuring plumbing systems are installed per code and project specifications. We're looking for a strong leader with deep technical knowledge and the ability to lead by example in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise and lead plumbing crews on commercial or industrial job sites
•Oversee installation of piping systems, fixtures, water heaters, valves, and all plumbing components
•Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations
•Coordinate daily workflow, material needs, and schedules with project managers and other trades
•Conduct safety meetings and enforce jobsite safety practices in accordance with OSHA standards
•Ensure work is completed to code and passes required inspections
•Mentor apprentices and less experienced plumbers, fostering a strong team culture
•Maintain detailed records of work progress, changes, and materials used
Qualifications:
•3+ years of plumbing experience in commercial or industrial construction
•2+ years of experience in a foreman or crew leadership role
•Deep knowledge of plumbing systems, including water, sanitary, storm, and gas piping
•Ability to read and interpret construction plans and plumbing schematics
•Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
•Valid driver's license and clean driving record
•Journeyman or Master Plumber license (preferred but not required)
