A solid background in plumbing, with hands-on experience

Detailed oriented to ensure plumbing installations meet quality standards and comply with regulations

The Experience We'd Love To See

•

Plumbing experience with ten years or more hands-on experience, preferably with a journeyman or master plumber certification

•

Supervisory experience managing teams, assigning tasks, and overseeing plumbing projects

•

Familiarity with local and national plumbing codes to ensure compliance

•

Project management experience in scheduling, budgeting and coordinating with other team members

•

Problem solving abilities to troubleshoot plumbing issues and implement effective solutions

•

Experience enforcing safety protocols and maintaining high-quality standards

What You'll Get To Do

•

Supervise plumbers, helpers, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards

•

Planning manpower needs, assigning tasks, and coordinating with other trades on construction sites

•

Inspecting plumbing installations to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

•

Addressing installation conflicts, troubleshooting plumbing issues, and ensuring smooth project execution

•

Ensuring job site safety protocols are followed by all employees and subcontractors

•

Keeping records of project progress, inspections, and any necessary adjustments
