Job Function Bulk Explosive Truck Operator/Explosive Plant Operator

Manual Transmission Experience Required

Responsibilities Include:

- Working Safely in a Mining Environment

- Operation of Bulk Explosives Trucks and or Plant

- Loading Bulk Trucks/Tankers with appropriate raw materials

- Delivery of product to customer blasting patterns

- Discharging product into boreholes

- Quality control checks on product being discharged into boreholes

- Pre and Post Trip inspections of Bulk Trucks

- Minor equipment maintenance as required

- Minor facility maintenance as required

- Adhering to BC Mines Regulations

- Adhering to Federal ERD Regulations (Bulk Guidelines, Pump Safety, etc)

Qualifications: Class 1 or 3 Drivers License with Air Endorsement
