About the Role:

The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the facility, specifically as it relates to safety, quality, on-time delivery to customers, productivity, and cost controls. The individual in this role will oversee the production, maintenance, and quality assurance functions of our Baltimore manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will lead and direct the coordination of all manufacturing departments’ functions to ensure the successful achievement of company objectives, improve quality systems, and increase customer satisfaction.
