Plant Maintenance

New Frontier Materials is currently seeking Plant Maintenance personnel for our aggregate crushing operation located in Imperial, MO. This is a night shift maintenance position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Follow all MSHA and Company health and safety policies.

- Performs routine inspection and maintenance on aggregate crushing equipment such as splicing conveyor belts, changing bearings, inspection and replacement of screens, greasing equipment, changing crusher wear parts, etc.

- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.

- Ability to efficiently operate aggregate processing equipment such as conveyors, screens, crushers, etc.

- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

- Promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.

Position Requirements:

- Experience working at an aggregate processing plant is preferred, including the ability to cut and weld.

- Willing to work six days a week and overtime as needed.

- Good work ethic, self-motivated, positive attitude, team player.

- Experience in using a wheel loader, dozer, excavator, off-road haul trucks, skid steer loaders and like equipment preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

- Employees must pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
