Plant Maintenance

As a member of Martin Marietta’s Operational Excellence team, Plant maintenance adds value every day by inspecting, repairing, maintaining, and improving the equipment used to transform sand, gravel, and crushed stone into useful building materials. Through the course of their work, our Maintenance Technicians encounter many opportunities to develop and demonstrate leadership skills as members of small teams and as individual contributors who can work independently and exercise professional judgment to drive results. They go home at the end of each day safe, knowing they made a difference by using their skills to solve a problem or drive an improvement for someone.
