THE POSITION
Keyera is currently seeking a full time Plant Administrator for our Alberta Envirofuels Facility located in Edmonton, AB. Schedule will be Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Role will report to the Plant Director.
This position effectively manages all the administrative functions that relate to the AEF facility as a whole and the corporate facility requirement.
RESPONSIBILITIES* Administrative support as required for the Leadership Team (Director and Managers) and the HSE Team.
•Weekly check in with Director to give and receive site updates.
•Daily mail distribution.
•Responsible for the development of the monthly newsletter/employee communication.
•Scheduling and developing quarterly townhalls.
•Maintain the facility information on SharePoint.
•Responsible for the administrator's function within Operational Excellence.
•Accountable for all administrative initiatives that affect KAEF, including coordinating and or executing hardware upgrades (room monitors, phones, etc.), posters, and all communications.
•Assist with new employee onboarding as required.
•Ordering and managing office supplies.
•Manage site wide activities to promote a positive culture and employee engagement.
•Complete all competencies for primary profile within our Competency Management & Development System.
•Actively participate in and support HSE.
•Data management and reporting of pertinent HSE statistics.
•Data management and reporting for audits. Will communicate findings quarterly.
QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will be well-organized, energetic, and service oriented. An ambassador of Keyera’s Cultural Behaviors and Corporate Values, with the following qualifications:* Extensive experience in managing administration for a large diverse team.
•Post-Secondary Education is considered an asset.
•Experience in production volume reporting is considered an asset.
•Maximo experience would be considered an asset.
•Experience with Concur and OnBase is considered an asset.
•Demonstrated skillfulness in all areas of communication.
•Proficient in MS Office and Power BI.
•Experience with CMDS is considered an asset.
•Passion for customer service both internal and external to the organization.
•Team focused with an attention to detail and an ability to prioritize time sensitive deadlines.
•Self-starter who takes initiative and can work with minimum supervision.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
