Thermcraft is hiring a Plant Accounting Manager who will be responsible for managing all accounting operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role is especially critical in our growing manufacturing environment, where cost accounting, budgeting, and operational analysis are essential to driving informed business decisions.

This position is hands-on and will collaborate closely with operations, HR, and executive leadership to support financial transparency. This position will oversee capital expenditures, assist with payroll, and new hire administration.
