SALARY RANGE
The hiring range for a Planner Coordinator I will be $77,600, - $97,000, with a maximum opportunity of up to $116,400, with tenure and strong performance.
The hiring range for a Planner Coordinator II will be $99,040, - $123,800, with a maximum opportunity of up to $148,560, with tenure and strong performance.
The hiring range for a Planner Coordinator Senior will be $109,520, - $136,900, with a maximum opportunity of up to $164,280, with tenure and strong performance
- Introductory Period: New employees holding regular positions must complete an introductory period of twelve months.

Overview
This role contributes to planning and scheduling processes within the Planner Coordinator job family. Employees in this role contribute to the development of field crew work procedures and/or related asset and equipment documentation used by others to plan, execute, and maintain District assets and systems over the full life cycle of the asset. Maintain accurate and complete asset records and contribute to development of project work schedules. Coordinate with subject matter experts including craft workers, vendors, contractors, engineers, biologists, etc. to develop job plans and preventative maintenance plans for low complexity District assets. Monitor work or project plan accuracy. Facilitate workforce and/or contractor coordination, scheduling, and implementation of preventative and corrective maintenance activities. Assist with resource estimation and acquisition.
