Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Saturdays as needed, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

Role Overview
We are looking for a QA/QC Inspector to join our Pipe Fabrication Shop team. This role is responsible for ensuring pipe spools and welds meet RAI's quality standards, project specifications, and industry codes. You'll work closely with shop personnel and leadership to inspect, verify, and document compliance.
Key Responsibilities
•Read and interpret shop fabrication and isometric drawings.
•Verify pipe spool dimensions against drawings during fit-up.
•Ensure correct heat number traceability and documentation.
•Perform visual inspections of welds for quality and compliance.
•Confirm welding filler materials meet requirements and are properly tracked.
•Assist with material receiving and shipping processes.
•Use 3D models to resolve issues with pipe/fitting orientation.
Ideal Candidate Will Have
Experience & Certifications:
•3-5 years in industrial piping as a pipefitter or inspector.
•Journeyman Pipefitter Certification (strongly preferred).
•Familiar with ASME codes B31.1 and B31.3.
•Able to read shop fabrication and isometric drawings.
•Tape measure proficiency.
•Experience reading weld procedures/specs.
•AWS CWI preferred, not required.

Physical Requirements:
•Able to walk/stand long periods on various surfaces.
•Comfortable in confined spaces and at heights.
•Routinely lift up to 135+ lbs.
