Key Responsibilities:

- Review and verify photo documentation of solar installations for accuracy and completeness.

- Communicate with field teams via messaging platforms to request missing or corrected photos and documents.

- Upload and organize all required documentation into financing portals

- Ensure each funding submission includes accurate customer documents and photos aligned with lender requirements.

- Follow up with internal teams to meet submission deadlines and avoid delays in funding.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financing portal requirements and submission processes.

- Provide support to the operations an finance teams as needed.

Qualifications:

- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness.

- Comfortable with using messaging apps, email, and document sharing platforms

- Ability to learn and use financing/funding portals and other digital tools quickly.

- Experience in solar, construction or related field a plus but not required.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Tech savvy with the ability to troubleshoot basic upload or formatting issues.

- MUST be able to pass a background check and drug test.
