Philly Photo & Philm is looking for an outgoing personality to assist with office work as well as deliver, setup, and operate a photo booth at various locations in the NJ, PA, and DE area for events such as, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and corporate events, to name a few. Events typically last 3 to 4 hours and 2 hours allocated for set up and breakdown. A day could be 6 to 8 hours long when including travel.
During the activation, the attendant shall positively engage and assist guests with the use and operation of the photo booth, replace ink & paper as necessary, maintain a clean area, equipment, create stunning setups, etc.
Your basic duties will include:
•Delivery of photo booth equipment to job location located in the NJ, PA, DE area.
•Travel anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours from company studio located in Blackwood, NJ 08012.
•Setup and operate the booth for the duration of the job. This includes lifting equipment, connecting cables, preparing props or a scrapbook, and running several tests on the functionality of the booth.
•Interacting with the guests, encouraging the use of the booth, and making it as fun as possible for everyone at the event!
•Ensure the booth is operating correctly, any paper or ink changes are done immediately, and providing reprints for guests.
•Properly break down equipment and return all equipment at the conclusion of the event.
Business Tasks:
•Oversight of Zoho One platform and applications. Manage all data entry for all aspects of business.
•Handle tasks such as scheduling and employee records.
•Perform accurate data entry tasks and maintain client databases.
•Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, properly organized, categorized, labeled, and easily accessible.
•Organize and maintain customer database
Studio Operations:
•Oversee day-to-day studio functions, including maintenance and organization.
•Schedule and manage studio bookings, ensuring efficient use of space and resources.
•Coordinate with staff and freelance photographers/videographers.
•Plan and manage the schedules of studio staff and resources.
•Ensure timely and efficient allocation of equipment and personnel for shoots.
•Oversee compliance with client contracts and company policies.
•Manage and monitor project deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
•Organize and maintain company paper and digital documents.
Requirements:
•MUST be available Nights & Weekends (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday)
•Possess a valid driver’s license
•Possess reliable transportation & ability to transport portable photo booth equipment
•Ability to lift 50 pounds
•Maintain perfect attendance and timeliness. Because of the nature of our business, perfect attendance is a must! We do not tolerate late/no shows

Compensation:
•Following training, contractor will earn hourly rate as described
•Up to $18.50/hr based on skill, work ethic, reliability, etc.
