Job Summary:
SMR HomePros is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Phone Room Supervisor to lead our team of Telemarketers. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our phone room, ensuring the team effectively generates qualified leads for our sales team through proactive cold-calling. You will play a key role in driving our company's growth by optimizing our lead generation process and fostering a high-performing team environment.
Responsibilities:
•Team Leadership and Supervision: Oversee a team of 2-5 Telemarketers, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
•Hiring and Training: Recruit, interview, and onboard new Telemarketer team members. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure new hires quickly become proficient in their roles.
•Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance against established daily, weekly, and monthly lead quotas. Provide regular feedback and coaching to Telemarketers to improve their skills and achieve targets.
•Performance Improvement: Identify Telemarketers who are not meeting their quotas and conduct one-on-one meetings to provide targeted training and support. Evaluate underperforming team members and make recommendations regarding their continued employment.
•Quota Achievement: Ensure the phone room consistently meets or exceeds overall lead generation goals.
•Auto-Dialer Management: Track, analyze, and report on auto-dialer performance metrics. Identify areas for optimization and implement strategies to improve efficiency and lead quality.
•Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve phone room processes, scripts, and strategies to increase efficiency and revenue generation.
•Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for phone room activity and present findings to management.
•Innovation: Be encouraged to bring new ideas and propose changes to the system that you believe will enhance productivity and drive better results.
•Compliance: Ensure all telemarketing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably within a call center or telemarketing environment.
•Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
•Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
•Proficiency in tracking and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
•Familiarity with auto-dialer systems and CRM software is a plus.
•Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions.
•Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.
•High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
