Position Specific Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Business Analyst to join our PGD Business Services team. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for acting as the project lead for the P&L Management workstream under the PGD Data Integration Project, which looks to implement a driver-based solution that will automate several business processes (Forecasting, Long-Term Budgeting etc.) In addition, the candidate will lead coordinating strategic initiative budgeting, tracking performance of strategic initiatives, financial valuation of special projects, leading Velocity, and owning key executive reporting deliverables.

This job is a principal-level analyst who leads decisions and recommendations significantly impacting financial and commercial aspects of the business unit. Employees in this role participate and support the critical financial issues to overall business unit commercial objectives, which include but are not limited to budgeting, forecasting, analysis, benchmarking, reporting, and internal controls. Individuals in this role must have an understanding of the financial and reliability impacts of budget and forecast changes. This position also establishes financial and controls policies and programs designed to meet the commercial objectives of the business unit that drives continuous fleet improvement.
