Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Field/Float Technician to join our team at Arizona Pest Control Company. In this role you will be cross-trained in the various departments such as termite control, pest control, and rodent control. Willingness to learn and follow directions is a must. Clean driving record and ability to pass a background is mandatory as we are finger printed for licensing. We guarantee the ability to get 40 hours per week. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties for pests and termites.

•

Implement effective pest control strategies tailored to customer needs.

•

Utilize advanced equipment and techniques for pest elimination.

•

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them on pest prevention.

•

Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions.

•

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and service delivery.

Requirements

•

Prior experience in field service or pest control is preferred but not required.

•

Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

•

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.

•

Time management and being a self-starter

•

Willingness to learn about pest management techniques and industry standards.

•

Ability to pass a background check/Drug Test
