Overview:

We are seeking a forward-thinking

to lead the design, execution, and optimization of personalized digital experiences that drive measurable improvements in customer journeys and conversion outcomes.

This hybrid role combines the strategic use of personalization technologies (like Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, Sitecore) with conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies to deliver seamless, relevant, and high-performing digital experiences across web, mobile, and email.
