Job Summary:
We are looking for a sharp, adaptable, and highly organized Personal Assistant to the Owner of a busy construction and fabrication company. This role requires someone who is practical, a strong critical thinker, and capable of keeping up in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. The ideal candidate will be a natural problem-solver who can listen carefully, anticipate needs, and take initiative without constant direction.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage, organize, and respond to emails and communications
•Handle incoming/outgoing calls with professionalism
•Listen attentively and translate conversations into clear, actionable tasks
•Conduct online research for materials, vendors, or project needs
•Coordinate with builders, contractors, and suppliers on active jobs
•Assist with calendars, scheduling, and job site visit coordination for the owner
•Prepare notes, follow-ups, and reminders after meetings
•Provide general administrative support and run occasional errands
•Knowledge of square footage
Qualifications:
•2+ years of experience in a similar assistant or coordination role
•Strong communication and organizational skills
•Excellent judgment, common-sense decision making, and follow-through
•Comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
