As a People Business Partner Associate, you will serve as a trusted partner to business leaders, helping them align people strategies with business objectives. You will support performance management, organizational culture, succession planning, and employee engagement efforts. The role involves collaboration across Centers of Excellence (COEs)—such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Total Rewards—to ensure seamless and strategic execution of initiatives. Additionally, you will provide first-level guidance on employee relations and HR inquiries, routing transactional items to shared services while remaining focused on long-term talent development and strategic workforce planning.
