Paving Laborer - NIGHTS

Riley Brothers, LLC is seeking full-time Paving Laborers. PLEASE NOTE - the hours for this position are 9:00pm - 9:00am EST

Experience preferred, but not necessary! On-the-job training provided.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist crew leader and supporting team members on site.

- Able to drive commercial vehicles equipped to transport a variety of materials and equipment.

- Accurately complete daily forms.

- Ensures the vehicles have current licenses, tags, permits, and proof of insurance.

- Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment.

- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.

- Works with specialized equipment including jackhammers, demo saws, and other industry tools.

- Set up and break down of work zone and Traffic Control

Success Factors:

- Ability to climb, dig, work in tight spaces, on uneven surfaces, walking, stooping, and kneeling

- Strong Attention to detail to work efficiently

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

- Ability to understand and follow specific oral and written instructions

- Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team with co-workers

- Ability to pass motor vehicle, criminal background check, and comply with drug-free workplace policy

- Willingness and ability to learn additional skills

Experience and Education:

- Prior Laboring experience preferred

- High school diploma or equivalent desired

Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:

- Possession of a valid State of Residence Driver’s License is required.

- Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
