Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Party Chief, located in Carlsbad, NM. The Party Chief will be responsible for managing the survey crew, ensuring accurate and timely data collection, overseeing all aspects of fieldwork, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Other tasks include coordinating with project managers, maintaining field equipment, and preparing reports and documentation.

Qualifications

- Experience in managing field survey crews and fieldwork

- Proficiency in data collection and reporting

- Knowledge of surveying equipment and maintenance

- Strong understanding of safety and quality standards in the field

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a plus
