Parts & Service Associate

Job Summary

As a Parts & Service Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our service and accessories shop. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with service needs, writing repair/service orders, and accurately ordering and tracking parts. You will work closely with technicians to ensure they have the correct parts and information to complete jobs efficiently, while also maintaining strong communication with customers throughout the service process.

Duties

- Assist customers with parts and service needs, including writing service orders.

- Order, receive, and organize parts inventory.

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely job completion.

- Communicate service updates and costs to customers.

- Maintain accurate records and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualities We are Looking for:

- Quick on feet/ Works well in fast paced retail environment

- Knowledge in ATVs/UTVs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
