Job Description: US Equipment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts and Service Manager to oversee the parts and service department for our crushing and screening operations. This key role will ensure that equipment maintenance and repair needs are met while maintaining a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in parts management, service coordination, and crushing and screening equipment, along with the ability to manage up to 30% travel to support our operations and customer needs.
Responsibilities:
•Manage day-to-day operations of the parts and service department for crushing and screening equipment.
•Oversee the scheduling, dispatch, and completion of service calls, ensuring timely repairs and preventive maintenance for customer equipment.
•Manage inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring availability and timely ordering of parts for crushing and screening equipment.
•Supervise, train, and mentor service technicians to ensure high-quality, efficient service.
•Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their equipment needs are being met and provide technical support as necessary.
•Analyze and track service performance and implement continuous improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
•Ensure all repairs, maintenance, and parts requests are completed according to company safety and quality standards.
•Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure parts and service offerings are aligned with business goals and customer needs.
•Provide cost estimates, service quotes, and pricing for repairs and parts to customers.
•Prepare and manage the department’s budget, including parts inventory and service-related expenses.
•Stay current on new technologies and industry trends in crushing and screening equipment.
•Travel: Up to 30% travel required to visit job sites, customers, and remote locations to support operations and service needs.

Requirements:
•Proven experience in parts and service management, preferably in the crushing and screening industry or heavy equipment sector.
•In-depth knowledge of crushing, screening, and aggregate processing equipment.
•Strong leadership and team management skills.
•Manage full parts and service team
•Responsible for P+L for the department
•Excellent customer service and communication skills.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
•Proficient in using parts management software and other business management tools.
•Solid understanding of financials, including budgeting, cost control, and pricing.
•Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.
•Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; CDL is a plus.
•High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or an associate’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
