Part-time Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in the window and door industry part-time 20-25 hours a week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial inquiry to post-installation support.
Job Description
We are seeking an dependable and experienced professional with these skills:
•Excellent phone etiquette skills - ability to answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
•Respond to customer emails with accurate and timely information
•Schedule sales appointments and leads for sales representatives
•Coordinate and schedule service appointment with customers
•Order service parts from manufacturers as needed
•Pull permits from local municipalities as needed
•Schedule permit final inspections in accordance with local regulations
•Maintain accurate records in company's CRM and scheduling systems
•Work closely with internal teams (sales, service, operations) to ensure seamless customer service
•Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their projects or service request
•Proficient with multi-tasking and prioritizing
•Must be very organized and detail oriented
•Exceptional customer service skills
•Strong computer skills and is able to learn new systems swiftly
•Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment

All candidates must have the following qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
•At least One Year Prior Experience in a customer service field in an office setting
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills
•Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
•Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
•Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Preferred Skills:
•Bilingual Spanish/English
•Familiarity with building permit processes and local municipal codes
•Basic understanding of window and door products and terminology
This position is Monday – Friday preferably from 9:00am –2:00pm, hours are flexible between 8:00am-4:00pm Monday- Friday if needed. Great position for parents or students seeking a flexible daytime schedule. Must have reliable transportation.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
