Part-Time Cleaner (Springfield, IL)

System 1 Inc. is searching for a reliable employee to fill a part-time cleaning position in the Springfield, IL area. The successful candidate must have reliable transportation, a solid work ethic, and be able to pass a background check. It is preferred that the candidate has experience with commercial cleaning (banks, offices, etc.)

Availability: Monday- Friday, Evening/Night Shift

Responsibilities: Trash removal, cleaning restrooms, low/high dusting, floor work (including vacuuming & mopping large areas). Maintaining safety & security of facility. Maintaining entryway glass and lobby areas. Ensuring janitor closets meet company safety and cleanliness standards. Following company policies & procedures.

Qualifications: Janitorial experience is beneficial but not required; employee must be able to climb a ladder and lift up to 40 lbs.; duties involve frequent bending/lifting.
