Part-Time Cleaner (Individual or duo)

System 1, Inc. is searching for a reliable employee (or 2-person team) to fill a part-time cleaner position, in the Aurora, CO area. A successful candidate must have a solid work ethic, reliable transportation, and be able to pass a background check. Bilingual is a plus!

Availability: Monday-Wednesday-Friday (Evenings)

Responsibilities: Trash removal, cleaning restrooms, low/high dusting and floor cleaning; including vacuuming and mopping large areas. Maintaining safety and security of facility. Maintaining entryway glass and lobby areas. Ensuring janitor closets meet company safety and cleanliness standards. Following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications: Janitorial experience is beneficial but not required. Employee must be able to climb a ladder. Some duties involve frequent bending and lifting.
