Job Summary/Purpose

Provide administrative/research support in scheduling, reviewing and summarizing depositions, drafting of discovery and responses, preparation of form pleadings, organization of files, preparation and distribution of regulatory filings, electronic document and evidence gathering and preparation. Assists in trial preparation and trial proceedings.
